99+ PROTECTION AND

Up until now, the only way to have true 99+ protection would be to have a tight fitting mask that creates uncomfortable heat and moisture build up or go to a $2K industrial PAPR. The Penguin-Air ™ uses a patent-pending reactive air controller that generates and controls high pressure positive airflow into the mask, completely eliminating the need for a tight fitting mask.
Heat and moisture build up and dangerous leakage is now eliminated as double filtered air is provided to the mask in real-time. The outlet filter on the mask guards against exhaled-air being released directly into the environment.
The inside of the mask has a non-allergenic silicone cushion, providing extreme comfort for extended periods of time. It is dishwasher safe, so you can prevent bacterial build up in the mask. Now working a full shift is possible without heat, discomfort, or the desire to take your mask off.
CONTROL YOUR AIRFLOW
The comfort and air-filtration delivered by the Penguin-Air™ far exceeds similar devices. It was designed to allow for runners and people doing high air demand exercise to experience little to no leakage.
As you breathe, the air is sent through the Penguin-Heart-Valve™ and delivers up to 2.4 liters of reactive filtered air per second under user control. The positive air pressure creates comfort, prevents dangerous leakage and allows a more relaxed fit.
The Penguin-Air Safe-Path Airflow Protection™ safeguards the integrity of the air flowing through the system. This translates into people feeling safe and comfortable at work even for extended hours, thus allowing manufacturing companies, businesses, restaurants, dental offices, and schools to operate efficiently and stay open all day. It runs for up to 12 hours in normal operation.

Penguin-Air™ uses the same filters as many N95 masks with thicker layering. The double-layered MERV 16 rated filters are designed to remove over 99.7% of particulates that are .3µ or larger in the air.
At just under 2 pounds The Penguin-Air™ is incredibly lightweight compared to other products, and this increases the comfort level for a device being worn all day. Penguin-Air is one-third the size, weight, and price of similar industrial level products.
