AIR CYCLE SYSTEMS L.L.C.  GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Definitions for terms used in this Agreement are found at the end of this Agreement. 

This Agreement is incorporated by reference into all Air Cycle Systems L.L.C. (“AirCycle”) Agreements with any person(s) or entity
that is involved with Air Cycle Systems in any business transaction and supersedes any terms in any contract with AirCycle unless specifically stated otherwise, and the new terms are accepted in writing by AirCycle.
